Have fun! I was in Iceland for 3 weeks in August 2007 and had about four sunny days of hiking. Hope you packed your rain gear!
Really though, it’s a beautiful country, rain or shine. If the weather is too bad for hiking, then you can sit in a geothermal hot tub (located all over the country, not just at the Blue Lagoon). I want to go back someday.
