I’m hiking the Na Pali Coast myself this week.

Good luck with the Na Pali coast hike, Rick! Not sure why Forbes call the Kalauau trail a day hike though .. unless you’re truly a superman (not that we’d doubt that you are, Rick) it’s an extremely tough 22 out-and-back miles to achieve in one day.
Certainly I’m no superman .. I’ve only tackled two miles of the Kalalau trail myself, peeling off inland at Hanakapiai to head inland for a further rugged two miles to the Hanakapiai falls ..

This week I will go back for 3 days, 2 nights I think, to see all the backpacker trails and campsites.
