Looks a little on the large size especially for the ultralight hiker. And while it sounds great using only the fuel collected on your hike i can see myself packing rations of dry twigs on hikes such as west coast trail where dry kindling cannot be relied on in the wild. At least with traditional stoves i can be guaranteed a hot cup no matter what the conditions. Not sure if i would also be hugely enthusiastic using open flame with the associated smoke inside my fly.

I personally really like the look of BioLite Stove though I am struggling to get one in the UK. I found a great little review of the Campstove here http://www.aboveandbeyond.co.uk/blog/biolite-campstove/ I’m quite tempted to buy one, though getting one before xmas will be near impossible!
