Weight is a far more important factor to me than seaworthiness. I want to hike in, paddle out. That kind of trip.

Not sure where you can find one cheaper, but I do recommend the Advanced Elements AdvanceFrame or AdvanceFrame Expedition inflatable kayak. They cost far less and are a lot of fun.

Logic dictates that inflatable should be better than foldable for hikers.

For me weight is the biggest factor. I’m thinking 20lbs plus paddle and extras is about maximum for me.

Probably true. The can be a bit on the heavy side. But for a fun, easy to store, and high quality inflatable, these are great.
